 This Privacy Policy describes how Khadija Zeroualy (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares information when you use the mobile game **FPS Tactical Strike 3D** (the “Game”), available on the Apple App Store.  By downloading or playing the Game you consent to the collection and use of information as described below.

### Device and usage information


When you play the Game we automatically collect certain information about your device and how you use the Game.  This includes device type, operating system version, language settings, in‑game actions and performance data (such as crash reports).  This data is used to ensure the Game functions correctly and to improve the user experience.  It is aggregated and does not personally identify you.


### Advertising identifiers and analytics


The Game displays advertisements through third‑party ad networks (e.g., Unity Ads, AdMob).  These services may collect and use your device’s advertising identifier (Apple IDFA) and other technical data to show relevant ads and measure their performance.  We also use analytics providers to understand how players interact with the Game.  These third parties operate under their own privacy policies.


### In‑app purchases


The Game allows optional in‑app purchases through the Apple App Store.  We do not collect or process payment information directly.  All payment transactions are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and privacy policies.


## How We Use Information


- **To provide and improve the Game.** We use aggregated usage data to monitor the Game’s performance, fix bugs and develop new features.

- **To display ads.** Advertising identifiers and usage data help our ad partners deliver ads that may be more relevant to you, keeping the Game free to play.

- **To communicate with you.** If you contact us for support, we may use your email address or other contact information to respond.


## Sharing of Information


We do not sell personal information.  We may share aggregated, non‑personally identifiable data with third‑party service providers (e.g., analytics providers, ad networks) for the purposes described above.  These partners are required to process data in accordance with this policy and applicable laws.


We may also share information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the safety and rights of us or others.


## Children’s Privacy


The Game is not directed to children under 13 years of age.  We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.  If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the information we collect.  However, no method of transmission or storage is 100 % secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
